Over Medium
I'm not an egg fan. I developed a food aversion to egg when I was young. The taste of egg is associated with me having a stomach ache. I'm sure it's psychological because I don't get stomach ache when I can't taste the egg. Hence I'm not very skill at egg cooking since I don't eat them (I can cook scramble eggs and boil them :)). My close friend/brother was coming back from Ohio so I thought I should make him breakfast -- how does he like his eggs? Over medium. I think sunny side up would of made my life a lot easier. I nailed it though! I made a perfect over medium egg on my second try. I tried it again earlier tonight but that just gave me a boiled yolk. It would have been a perfect one too if I just took it off the pan after I turned off the stove. Sigh, note to self: sizzling pan can turn your yolk into boiled yolk.
